1 Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of every device we sell. That’s why every device purchased from SmartphonesPLUS comes with a free 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
Our 1-year limited warranty covers hardware or software defects or malfunctions that occur through no fault of your own.
If you experience any issue, simply contact our team at support@smartphonesplus.com with your order number to start a warranty claim. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Once your device is received, our team will either repair your device, send you a fully functional replacement, or issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.

What’s Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:

Damage from drops, accidents, liquid exposure, oxidation, or misuse

Normal wear and tear including, but not limited to scratches or battery aging over time

Products modified or altered after purchase

Issues caused by third-party software, interference from other devices, firmware flashing, BIOS flashing, tampering, or unauthorized repairs

Damage or failures arising out of misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, improper charging, or voltage supply

Loss, theft, or buyer’s remorse
Additional Terms
This warranty is only valid within the United States and is non-transferable. Any device returned that is not covered may be returned at your expense after prepayment of shipping, or recycled after 60 days of no response. SmartphonesPLUS is not responsible for any loss of data, personal information, or accessories.
Data & Account Removal
Before sending in a device for a warranty claim, customers must back up all data, perform a factory reset, remove all accounts, and take out any SIM cards or storage cards.
Device Verification
The device returned for the warranty claim must match the original serial number/IMEI associated with the order.
Packaging Responsibility
Customers are responsible for properly packaging the device when returning it. SmartphonesPLUS is not liable for damage that occurs due to insufficient packaging during return shipping.
Eligibility Determination
SmartphonesPLUS will determine warranty eligibility at its sole discretion based on inspection of the returned device.
